At BrandsWalk, the safety, health and well-being of our staff, customers, and community are our highest priorities. As such, we have made the decision to temporarily close our retail store, until further notice from the governing authorities, in efforts to stop the spread of Covid-19. 

For now, brandswalk.com will remain open to the public and continue serving our customers. We are committed to providing you the same quality of service that our customers have come to expect and love, and we are doing everything in our power to honor that commitment. Q. Can I still order online?
Yes! brandswalk.com is still open until further notice. Our warehouse is enacting safe practices as suggested by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and limiting as much contact as possible. 

Q. When will I receive my order? 
Due to the extra precautions set in place, including added sanitization and reducing staff to prevent crowding, we may experience delays in shipment. We thank you for your patience as we work through possible delays in fulfillment and customer service.

 

 


 

Q. How are you ensuring the safety of your workers?

As our rapidly changing environment shifts every minute, we are paying close attention to all recommendations made by the CDC to ensure that our BrandsWalk family is taken care of and safe. To ensure the health of our employees at all levels of our supply chain, we are following all precautions: 6 feet of safe distancing, frequent hand-washing, full sanitization of frequently used surfaces each day, and supplying sanitizer, 70%+ isopropyl alcohol, masks, gloves, face shields, thermometers, and other essential items to our team.

 


 

 

Q. Why is BrandsWalk temporarily closing its store?
According to the CDC, “social distancing” is one of the most effective mitigation techniques recommended against the novel coronavirus. To protect you, our retail staff, and our communities at-large, we have determined the store closure is a necessary part of our responsibility towards stopping the spread of Covid-19. 

 

Q. When will BrandsWalk’s store re-open?
As we observe the ever-changing landscape surrounding Covid-19, there is no definite answer to this question. Our store will be closed until state and federal laws lift all shelter-in-place orders. We encourage you to practice guidelines set in place by your local governments, including but not limited to: staying home, frequent sanitation, 6 feet of safe distancing while visiting essential businesses, and wearing masks in public.
