Return Policy


We want you to be completely happy about the products you purchase from the BrandsWalk store or at If at any time within 30-days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Also, associated shipping fees are not refundable. The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes and tags, with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit. Any item that is returned not due to a manufacturer defect and is not in good condition will be charged a 20% restocking fee. 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30-days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie. You received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).



Making informed purchasing decisions: For safety purposes, face mask sales and all other health & wellness sales are FINAL and non-returnable. Please note that there may be shipping delays caused by carriers experiencing operational impacts as well.



If your product has a manufacturer defect within 30-days of purchase we will issue you a return label and process you a full refund under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If your product has a manufacturer's warranty of 1 year, you may return the product for an exchange of the same exact product or for a full refund in store credit.  



Open Box and Refurbished items are not covered under any warranty. However, defective Open Box and/or Refurbished items will be covered under our 30-Day money back guarantee. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).



We do not accept international returns unless the product is proven to have a manufacturer defect. Each case will be examined and processed by our Returns Department. 


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
