BrandsWalk is operated by T W Rock, Inc., doing business as BrandsWalk ("BrandsWalk," "we," "us"). This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you browse brandswalk.com, purchase from us, create an account, contact us or participate in our marketing and rewards programs. It also explains your privacy choices.
This policy covers our online store at brandswalk.com and related shopping, account and customer-service interactions.
Information We Collect
The personal information involved depends on how you interact with our store and the services you use:
- Contact and account information, such as your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and account details.
- Order and payment information, such as products purchased, transaction amounts, payment status, billing and delivery details, returns and purchase history. Checkout payment providers process payment information.
- Communications and preferences, such as customer-service messages, marketing choices and information you submit in reviews or other forms.
- Device and browsing information, such as IP address, browser and device information, cookie and online identifiers, pages viewed, product interactions and shopping activity, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
- Rewards information, such as participation, qualifying purchases, points balances, and points earned or redeemed.
How We Receive and Use Information
We receive information directly from you, automatically through interactions with our store, and from the commerce, payment, marketing, analytics and rewards services that support those interactions.
We use personal information to process and deliver orders; handle payments, returns and support; maintain accounts and rewards; send transaction messages; improve our store; detect fraud and protect our services; and meet legal, accounting and recordkeeping obligations.
We also use information for marketing, advertising, personalization and measurement, subject to your choices and applicable law.
How We Disclose Information
We disclose information as needed to provide our store and related services, including payments, order delivery, returns and support. Our services include Shopify for commerce, Omnisend for email marketing, Google Analytics for analytics, loyalty and rewards service providers, and Judge.me for product reviews.
We use Google Ads and Google Merchant Center, and Meta (Facebook) pixels through Shopify, for conversion tracking and targeted advertising. These activities can involve disclosure of personal information to advertising partners and may constitute sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable law. We may also disclose information when you direct us to do so; to comply with applicable law or valid legal process; to protect legal rights and prevent fraud; or in connection with a business transaction, subject to applicable law. Information you choose to publish in a product review may be visible to others.
Our Relationship with Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information when you visit or buy from our store. We use Shopify Network Intelligence, through which Shopify combines information about interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify to provide Enhanced Services, including services that help protect, improve and grow our business. Shopify acts as a separate data controller or business for its Enhanced Services processing.
Your information is shared with Shopify and other third parties that may be in countries other than where you live, including to provide services informed by interactions with other merchants and Shopify. Shopify explains its own processing and privacy choices in its Consumer Privacy Policy. You can also use Shopify’s privacy portal to exercise rights relating to Shopify’s processing.

Cookies and Advertising Choices
We and our partners, including Shopify, use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to operate the store, remember choices, understand usage and support marketing and advertising. Some technologies are needed for functions such as checkout. Others support analytics, personalization and advertising.
We use Google Analytics with Google signals to understand use of our website. Google may associate website activity with information about signed-in users who have enabled Ads Personalization. Demographic information, such as age ranges and gender, is presented in aggregated reports. Analytics also processes cookie identifiers, device/browser information and website activity, as described in this policy.
For these features, Google may use Google Analytics cookies or identifiers together with Google advertising cookies or identifiers. You can turn off personalized Google advertising through My Ad Center. Google also offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers.

While the cookie banner is displayed, select Manage preferences to open cookie preferences. Select Cookie preferences in the website footer to reopen them and review or change your choices. Browser settings also let you block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect store functions.
To request an opt-out of sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising where applicable, use Your Privacy Choices. The form includes an optional account-identification choice; selecting it reveals a required email field.
Shopify states that it does not respond to legacy browser Do Not Track signals in a particular way. Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a separate signal. Our Shopify privacy controls are configured to treat GPC as a sale/sharing and targeted-advertising opt-out in California and other enabled regions. Marketing and Rewards Choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in an email. This does not stop order, service or other necessary non-marketing messages.
We use loyalty and rewards service providers to administer purchase-based rewards, including qualifying purchases and points earned or redeemed. Program-related records support the rewards you use.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to our business, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your information, correct it, request deletion, or opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Some laws also provide rights to limit certain uses of sensitive information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision or complain to a privacy regulator. These rights have conditions and exceptions.
To request access, correction or deletion of your information, email info@brandswalk.com and describe your request. We may need information to locate your records and verify requests for access, correction or deletion. Where the law prohibits verification for an opt-out of sale or sharing, we will not require it, though limited information may be needed to apply your request.
Where permitted by law, an authorized agent can act for you. We may request proof of authority and appropriate verification, without imposing unnecessary burdens. We will respond within the time required by the applicable law and explain any permitted extension or refusal. We will not unlawfully discriminate or retaliate because you exercise your rights.
How Long We Keep Information
We retain customer and order records to fulfill orders, provide customer support, maintain accounting and business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Email-marketing contacts are managed separately in Omnisend. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not delete your Shopify customer or order records. You can request deletion by emailing info@brandswalk.com; applicable legal obligations and exceptions may permit or require us to retain certain information.
International Processing
Our store uses Shopify and other providers that may process information in the United States and other countries. Laws in those countries may differ from those where you live.
Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
