Use a compatible iPhone without a case or with a magnetic case. Non-magnetic cases, thick cases and metal attachments can interfere with charging. Not recommended for iPhone 12 mini or 13 mini due to fit. Actual charging speed and usable capacity depend on the device and conditions.
