Use & Care

Before first use, rinse the filter under cold running water for one minute, then press it into the cap base until it clicks. Use cold or room-temperature potable municipal tap water only. Check with your local water provider about water quality, or have well water tested by a qualified lab.

Do not use microbiologically unsafe or unknown-quality water without adequate disinfection before or after filtration. Do not use hot or carbonated water. Do not put the filter cap in the dishwasher, microwave or freezer.
